We recently replaced carpet with hardwood in our open living/dining area and master bedroom. We bid the job out to four contractors and landed on Hollowtop Hardwood. I had Katie and her crew refinish an old red oak floor on a remodel project. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and the finished product looked beautiful. I brought them back to finish a concrete floor with LifeProof in a garage shop and I hardly knew they had come and gone. Getting a sub-contractor to show-up when they say they will, let alone call you back, seems to be tough during this economic boom. That wasn't an issue with Katie. A true professional.
